Refund and cancellation policy

Cancelling

You can cancel ReviewPulse Pro at any time from Manage billing on the Pricing page, or from the link in your Dodo Payments receipt. Cancelling stops future charges. Pro stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for.

Refunds

• If ReviewPulse did not work for you, email iamabhirathi@gmail.com within 7 days of a charge and we will refund that charge in full.
• After 7 days, charges are not refundable, but you can cancel to stop the next one.
• If you were charged by mistake, for example twice, or after you cancelled, we will refund the extra charge whenever you tell us.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued through Dodo Payments to the original payment method. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
